Tummy Update

Well, I went to the doctor's today and had my invasive treatment done.

The results?

Absolutely nothing. The doctor said I look extremely clean inside, no cancer, no ulcers, no little green men drilling at my innards. Just mild irritation on my throat from what was probably heartburn and acid reflux.

Well, at least it's not cancer...

Now I've got to double down on my efforts to drop even more weight pronto. I'll do it and see how it goes.

Edit: How did I celebrate such news? With a couple of pints of IPA, of course. I'm going to go back on the one day per week drinking limit until I drop the final weight. Oddly enough, my stomach felt great yesterday, even before the exam. I'm also going to try eating much smaller portions from now on and see if that helps.
