I watched it and was blown away.
And he's only 16 years old!!
In other areas, I have definitely caught something in my jar rigged with flour. I woke up this morning to some foaming, bubbling and a sour smell. Should be working!! I'll leave it out for a few months and see what comes of it and then try to make bread with it.
