Winter's coming and what better way to get cozy than to make some apple sauce loaded with real cane brown sugar, honey, Vietnamese cinnamon and a shot of nutmeg?
Well, perhaps a better way would be not to burn said sauce.
A note to all aspiring applesauce cooks out there: when cooking apples for a new harvest season, make sure you keep an eye on the water content of your sauce. (Apples last season=lots of water. Apples this season=not so much)
